The emergence of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) has transformed organizational decision-making processes, strategic planning, and managerial practices. Unlike traditional artificial intelligence systems that primarily focus on prediction and automation, Generative AI possesses the capability to create content, generate solutions, synthesize information, and support complex decision-making processes. This study investigates the influence of Generative AI adoption on managerial problem-solving capabilities and organizational agility. Drawing upon the Dynamic Capabilities Theory and Technology-Organization-Environment (TOE) framework, the study proposes that Generative AI adoption enhances managerial problem-solving effectiveness, which subsequently improves organizational agility. A quantitative explanatory research design is proposed involving managers and executives from organizations utilizing Generative AI technologies. The study contributes to the growing literature on AI-enabled management by providing a comprehensive framework linking technological adoption with managerial competencies and organizational adaptability. The findings are expected to demonstrate that Generative AI serves as a strategic organizational resource that strengthens managerial cognition, accelerates decision-making, improves innovative problem-solving, and enhances organizational responsiveness to environmental changes. The research offers significant theoretical and practical implications for organizations seeking competitive advantage in increasingly dynamic business environments.
